Does anyone know where I can find...?

I'm looking for "The pocketbook guide to Australian Coins and Banknotes" by Greg McDonald. Does anyone know where I can see scans of it's pages? Or a website that shows pictures of all Australian commemorative coins?

What are Australia's favorites - the things Australians do or love beyond the obvious.?

I have come from Austria to Australia. I have been told about cricket, football, surfing and barbecues. But what are the less known things Australians do or love? For example in Austria we have some games like Anmeierln - a number of players take turns to throw coins against a wall. The person who owns the coin that ended up closest to the wall scoops up all the coins and choses head or tail and then throws then up in the air. She/he keeps whatever was called. The remaining coins go to the next person and so on. You won't read about this in a tourist guide, but that's a national favorite in Austria. So I am wondering, what are the favorites here - things that people do and enjoy beyond the obvious cricket, football, surfing and barbecues. There must be some unique Australian pasttimes!??

Its really different with everyone you talk to, one group might like fishing, or swimming, or i dunno, they might hate bbqs.

Australian Coin Collectors Guide – Everything you need to know

A good coin collectors guide is a must have for coin collectors at every level. For beginners they help to identify the best coins for your collection and can tell you where to look for them. For the more advanced collector or investor your coin guide can show you how to find coin collection values  and where to sell them for the best prices. The Layman’s Guide to Australian Coins has all of this information and much much more.

Most experienced collectors would advise every “newbie” to read at least one good coin collecting guide before you even think about buying a coin. It’s not just a matter of “finders keepers” where you grab just any coin and add it to your collection. If you are going to be buying coins to add to your collection you need to know at least a little about getting the best value for your money.

2010 Pocket Guide to Australian Coins and Banknotes Seventeenth ...

It's that time of year again when Greg McDonald sits back to enjoy a well earned rest after monumental effort in publishing his next edition of the Pocket Guide to Australian Coins and Banknotes. This coin guide is released each year with updated issues and prices of pre-decimal, decimal, proclamation and early Australian coinage issues. It's the most up to date reference of issues right up to current Australian releases by the Royal Australian Mint and The Perth Mint.

Released this week, being distributed to dealers and good book shops as I write this, is the latest edition, the 17th. Most significantly this issue features full colour images of the various releases. Produced in soft cover retailing at $35 just a small price increase from last year this is an ideal reference guide to add to your numismatic book collection.
