This Australian Coin set is from 1994 and has two 1 kilo Silver Coins featuring Elizabeth II on one side and the Australian Kookaburra on the reverse side; one 2 oz Gold Coin with Elizabeth II on one side and the Red Kangaroo on the reverse side, and finally one 1oz Platinum Coin featuring Elizabeth II on one side and the Australian Koalo on the reverse. This is a set numbered of 15000 minted through the Perth Mint in Australia. Only 5000 of these were sent to the US and this is number 001812. Looking for collectors and market value along with any other information possible.
I could only find one such set for sale (US$2950).
The bullion value of the set would be about $710 for the silver, $1160 for the gold, and about $1080 for the platinum, so $3000 is about right.
Here is the link to the set I saw for sale:

On the Australian Sliver coins it says IRB under the picture of the queen...WHAT DOES THIS MEAN????
IRB stands for Ian Rank-Broadley. He designed the current effigy of the Queen on Australian coins and on many other coins of British Commonwealth countries.

1 Troy Ounce .999 Pure Silver
Comes in original hard plastic capsule from the Perth Mint
Fifth issue of the new Perth Mint Koala Series
It was a present so if it was worth anything will sell and treat myself If it isn't any suggestions of what to do with it. by the way it's 3.5 cms across and is pretty weighty
The Australian mint issues a bewildering array of commemorative and bullion coins for collectors, and yours could be any of them.
I'm going to guess, however, that yours is, at a minimum, one ounce of pure silver, which right now is US$13.05 per ounce. The two dollar coins, however, are generally two ounces (Two ounces = 62.2 grams). It probably carries a modest premium over silver, also, which would put it in the US$30 range (this assumes that the coin is still in the plastic capsule it was issued in and so on).
Any local coin dealer should be interested in buying it.
I have some US 1oz silver eagles, a large australian silver coin and a couple of others that I bought years ago and I'm thinking of selling them. Other than sticking them on ebay, does anyone know of other places I can sell them? Any dealers/shops in London that would offer reasonable prices for them?
Most reputable jewellers will purchase, Gold, silver, Second hand jewelry etc, why not try them?

After having already had an interesting career, Sulla came to prominence while in his 50s, during Italy’s Social War (91-89 B.C.) and the First Mithridatic War (88-84 B.C.). On one occasion Sulla invaded the capital itself to oust members of the opposing party, and soon after, in 82, he defended that same city from an assault by neighboring Samnites. His main platform was to erode the power held by wealthy families and the senate, believing he was more deserving of that authority. Sulla was successful, and established himself as dictator in Rome in 82 B.C. Not long after, in 79, he reluctantly forfeited his authority and soon died of disease. It is with the struggle between Sulla and Marius...
