1967 Canadian Dollar Coin

Answers

I have a 1867-1967 canadian goose dollar coin how much is it worth now.?
Canadian 20 dollar gold coin (1967)

On the front it says "Elizabeth II. D.G.Regina

The inscription is abbreviated Latin for "Elizabeth the Second, Queen by the grace of God". How much it is worth depends on the condition of the coin, that is, how bright it is, how many scratches, how much wear, etc.

The value has to do with demand for that coin, what it is made of, and many other factors. None of those determinations can be made without a coin collector giving it a hands-on examination. Best bet is to find a coin shop and check with them.

The 1967 Canadian Centennial dollar sells for around $10 in uncirculated grade. It had a minatge of 7 million so is not a scarce coin. It is how ever a piece of Canadian history.

What's the value of a 1967 canadian one dollar coin?

These are fairly common coins because they minted so many of them. In uncirculated condition probably $10.00 They minted just over 7 million coins for Canada's centennial.

pre 1967 80% silver canadian coins what is the content of the other 20%?

trying to find out the properties of pre 1967 canadian coins, dimes quarters and half dollars.

According to the Royal Canadian Mint website the 1967 -- 10 Cent, 25 Cent, 50 Cent, and 1 Dollar coins are all made of 80% silver and 20% copper though there are also 1967 25 Cent coins made of 50% silver and 50% copper which have a slightly lower mass. Also, prior to 1920 the 10 Cent, 25 Cent, and 50 Cent coins were made of sterling silver (92.5% silver and 7.5% copper). I hope that helps.

How much for the value of coins?

I've been given a sum of rare coins approx. $25. These coins range from 1967 canadian dimes, quarters, half dollars and dollar coins. I also have a few old american dollar coins. I was just wondering if it is worth cashing them in for cash or should I just keep them. I heard there is a value in silver but I just don't know if I have enough silver coins to actually make a decent profit.

The first link gives you the current value of the silver (in US dollars) of US and Canadian coins. The second link gives the collectible value of Canadian coins. The US dollar coins made since 1971 (Eisenhower, Susan B. Anthony, and Sacagawea) are not all that valuable right now, but the ones made before 1936 (Morgan & Peace) can be very valuable. The third link is a search engine for coin dealers. I hope that helps.
