Just trying to buy her a b-day gift and she needs a place to put them because all she has now is a shoe box. I don't collect coins or know anyone who does so I was hoping someone online could help me. Preferably someone who also collects so I can get something nice/authentic. Thank you
Check around and see if you can find a box with a glass front she can put them in and hang it on her wall.

Hey genius...this is the real estate section.
Do you have a difficult reading English?
These are U. S. Uncirculated coin mint sets from 1965-2006. Each year is sealed and includes historic U. S. stamps and commemorative postmarks as well as major events from each year. all included in a Deluxe Collectors Album.
They are not U.S. mint sets put together by the mint but uncirculated sets put together by the a private contractor for the commemorative society. They unfortunately have little secondary market value. True coin collectors won't touch them nor will coin dealers. If a dealer does, they usually offer so little that it is insulting. the 1/2 dollars from 1965-1970 are at least 40% silverr. I would just hold onto them for now, the reason is, collectors now are just waking up to the fact that some of the early clad coins are not that easy to find in high grade. Some day, if your coins are free of bag marks, they may well pay off in the end. It won't be for a while. Most people have to lean the hard way, that coins from private mints and societies do not far well ,even if made of silver for all they are worth to a dealer is silver price, nothing more.

I have had no luck in getting a lot of information on this coin. The most is that maybe it is from the Ming Dynasty?
One guy in Oklahoma said that he found one side of the coin and that it may be from the Ming, but that I would have to send him the coin to make sure and so he could find the match for the other side.
Yeah, good luck guy I’m not sending you crap! ...Well I didnt say that, but thats what I was thinking.
So here I am. Maybe there is an avid coin collector out here that can tell me about this coin or a webpage that I could go to for information.
here are photos of each side.

This coin is 49mm
this is definitely a chinese coin. they have been using this style coin ( called"cash") since BC ! and used them into the early 20th century. you did not include a diameter, but most of these are about the size of a quarter; however the denomination appears to be 50 cash ( as by the "t" and "h" with a base on the back) which would make this a later type. i do not have my catalog in front of me (i'm at work and s'posed to be working!) but it is WAY later than Ming. value, unless a rare variety is probably a coupla' bucks. find a coin show with a dealer that specializes in world coinage to get more exact.
I have an ancient or really old coin and don't know what time period or are it was from can any one see it plz? thnx

I'm thinking that might be a token of some sort rather than legal tender. Most governments include some sort of writing on their coinage to identify what government issued it.

Whitman Returns to Canada - Coin Collector#39;s Blog
When I started collecting Canadian coins a few years ago, I first went to Whitman for folders and albums. That is when I found that Whitman discontinued producing Canadian coin folders. I bought a few used folders from the secondary market, but were disappointed with their quality. After a search and then having a conversation with a Canadian coin dealer, I found Gardmaster Coin Albums .
