get yourself a pair or 2 of white cotton coin gloves, they are a some what thin and easy to use glove. See a coin dealer. In a pinch a handkerchief that is nice and soft and has not been washed with a fabric softener will also work. I have some old ones that have been washed so much they are very soft, I use them for coins when my gloves get dirty, but no fabric softener.

I need an album that can hold about 2000 mardi gras doubloons/coins

they are about the size of a 50 cent piece.

To hold them coin tubes of the right size will do it but to display them 2x2 staple type Mylar holders put into 20 pocket coin pages and then put into a 3 ring binder works well for world coins or actually what ever coins or tokens that will fit the holders. I am looking for a statehood quarter coin album, it should have a map of all states, and showing some kinds of geographic characteristics: it can tell you where the mountains are (but don't have to show the name of the mountains), or other geographic properties. Just trying to buy her a b-day gift and she needs a place to put them because all she has now is a shoe box. I don't collect coins or know anyone who does so I was hoping someone online could help me. Preferably someone who also collects so I can get something nice/authentic. Thank you

Check around and see if you can find a box with a glass front she can put them in and hang it on her wall.
